During the clinical examination I found: loss of stbility, diminished power and knee jerk reflex of the right leg. He accused ice-cold sensation at legs. The laboratory investigations indicated urinary sediment with blood cells and frequent uric acid. The electro-muscular examination-following a simple or intermediary line, indicated muscular starting at voluntary contraction with an accelerated frequency, electrical potential with small oscillation witch indicated affecting the motor nerves of the spinal marrow. That was due to the fact that there were certain deterioration of the nerves with a feeble compensation, that is a anterior motor degeneration. A kinetotherapy reatment and electrotherapeutics were beeing used for three weeks on end. From among these methods we have used a low frequency , a magnet and the electric current . Among the allopathic drugs that I used I shall mention : cortisone and A , B, c vitamines. The results was mediocre and with chief Dr.Sbenghe advise I tried homeopathic treatment, therfore I used Arsenicum Album in low dilutions. Spasmofilie ,patologie ginecologica – aplicatii ale tratamentului homeopatic si acupunctural In luna iulie 1993 am consultat pacienta S.H in virsta de 39 de ani de profesie proiectant ce acuza urmatoarele simptome : metroragie,dureri pelvine, intense chiar si in absenta ciclului, crize de dispnee, frica ,anxietate , crize de tahicardie ,palpitatii , mioclonii ,stare de rau general , semnul Vostek III ,etichetate ca spasmofilie . Fiind consultata in diverse servicii de ginecologie,interne,etc, urmase tratamente cu :Progesterona ,Vitamina K ,Acid Folic , Vitamina B 12, Fier Polimaltozat , Calciu Bromat , Tachystin fara a avea un benificiu net. Examenul ecografic din 21.07.1993 arata : colecist alungit cu peretii usor ingrosati, uter echostructura neomogena , diametru de 78/65 ce schiteaza 2 formatiuni de 7 cm si 5 cm, anexe marite de volum. Diagnosticul acupunctural s-a bazat pe aspectul palid al fetei si limbii , pulsul filiform ce trada un deficit de singe, motiv pentru care am utilizat pentru echilibrarea energetica urmatoarele puncte : Nei Guan,Ren Zong,Zu San Li, San yin,Jiao , Tai Chong ,etc – 10 sedinte de acupunctura cu moxa . Diagnosticul homeopatic conform repertorizarii Kent pe urmatoarele simptome : sangerare uterina, dureri de abdomen ca si cum ar venii ciclul, sensibiltate vaginala, amorteala mana dreapta si stanga, tulburari de memorie ( uita usor ), frica de boala, iritabilitate, efecte proaste ale supararilor, anxietate cu frica. Medicamentul homeopatic ales a fost Platina ce l-am administrat in dilutii progresive : C 7 , C 15 , C 30 , C 200 si Mille o doza la 7 zile . Ameliorarea simptomatologiei a fost destul de rapida in primele zile disparind durerile pelvine si uterine ,metroragia iar starea psihica net schimbata , somnul fiind odihnitor. In timpul tratamentului a reaparut un simptom vechi din 1983 : o durere la genunchiul sting – ce se regaseste in repertoarul Kent avand indicatia de Platina si care a disparut in 3 zile. Aceasta insemna ca vindecarea pacientei era conform legii lui Herring, in care vechile simptome se vindeca ultimele . Pacienta a fost urmarita timp de de 2 ani in care crizele de spasmofilie au disparut total ca si simptomatologia ginecologica cu o stare fizica si psihica buna.
